CERTIFICATES

The company’s management system is verified and certified according to both management system standards and industry standards.

The year 1997 would be a significant year for our company in terms of quality management system. As one of the first railway rolling stock repair companies in the Czech Republic, we were successfully certified by TÜV SÜD München according to the international quality management standard ISO 9002:1996 for all areas of our activities. Obtaining this certificate enabled us to bid for contracts and subcontracts for the railcar industry in the Czech Republic and Central Europe and at the same time to start the conversion of the repair plant to new railcar production.

The current management system of the company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system – certified by TÜV SÜD), which is extended by certification according to ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management system – certified by SGS SWISS).

In addition to these two system standards, the company has been awarded the Maintenance Function Certificate (ECM) in the field of rail vehicle repair in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779. In addition, the company is certified for the repair of freight railcars according to the Czech repair regulation KVs5-B-2010, the German VPI and the Slovak SÚNV and holds a certificate according to DIN EN 15085.

A necessary condition for obtaining and maintaining these certificates are the professional qualifications of our employees in the field of welding, electrical, pressure equipment, defectoscopy, etc.

In line with the company’s development objective, the health and safety of employees and the implementation of an effective environmental management system, the following quality and environmental policy has been announced.
